We provide Salesforce CRM consulting services, including system setup, support, customisation, reporting, and ongoing maintenance. Services may be agreed upon via email or contract on a case-by-case basis.

 

2. No Affiliation with Salesforce

Astrapi CRM Solutions Ltd is an independent consulting company. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Salesforce, Inc. Salesforce and related trademarks are the property of Salesforce.com, Inc.

 

3. Client Responsibilities

By engaging our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information and access needed for project delivery

  • Comply with all applicable laws regarding your Salesforce usage

  • Pay invoices in accordance with agreed timelines

 

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we retain ownership of all templates, materials, and intellectual property created during consulting engagements. Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use any deliverables for their internal business use.

 

5. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of data or business opportunity

  • Issues caused by third-party services (including Salesforce)

 

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling

We require 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling consultations. Cancellation terms for larger projects will be outlined in the service agreement.

 

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services indicates your agreement to any revised terms.
