Meet the Founder
Jacob Taylor
Jacob founded Astrapi CRM Solutions after five years working with Salesforce products in a range of Business Analyst and Operations Management roles at a global, industry-leading SaaS company.
Over that time, he led service improvement teams, implemented agile frameworks and played a key role in a large scale Salesforce transformation — improving system reliability, redesigning workflows and streamlining internal processes. This work directly reduced support query resolution times and enabled scalable Salesforce solutions across international teams.
Astrapi was created to bring that same clarity, flexibility and energy to businesses of all sizes — whether you need a quick tweak to a custom object, smarter reporting or a full CRM implementation.
